Caregiver Worker

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Provide medication reminders and help with simple medical tasks as directed.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and clean environment.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Monitor and report any changes in clients' health or behavior to the supervising nurse or manager.
• Maintain accurate records of care provided in accordance with company policies.

Requirements

• Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is a plus.
• Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to pass background checks and any required health screenings.
• Reliable transportation to and from client locations.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and evenings as needed.
