Caregiver

University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated  Arabic Caregivers to join our team in Dearborn, MI. As a Caregiver, you will provide essential support and assistance to our clients, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily personal care activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Help with meal preparation and feeding as needed
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe and clean environment
• Monitor clients’ health and report any changes to medical or supervisory staff
• Assist with mobility and transfer as necessary
• Accompany clients to appointments or errands when required
• Maintain accurate records of care provided and clients’ conditions

Requirements

• MUST SPEAK ARABIC 
• Previous experience in care giving or related healthcare role preferred but not required
• Ability to communicate effectively and demonstrate empathy
• Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
• Ability to pass background checks as required by state regulations
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
• Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and evenings as needed
• Arabic speaking ability is a plus to better serve our diverse clients
