Home Health Aide

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Help with mobility and transfers to ensure client safety and comfort.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.

• Monitor and report changes in client health or behavior to nursing staff or supervisors.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.

• Record and document care provided accurately and timely.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Home Health Aide or similar role is a plus.
• Compassionate and patient with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow directions and work independently.
• Reliable transportation to and from client homes in Saline, MI.
• Basic understanding of safety and infection control procedures.
