Home Care Aide

University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and reliable Home Care Aides to provide essential in-home support to clients in Whitmore Lake, MI. This role involves assisting individuals with daily living activities to promote their independence and improve overall quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Help with meal preparation and feeding as needed.
• Provide companionship and support to clients to enhance their well-being.
• Perform light housekeeping duties, including laundry and cleaning.
• Monitor clients’ conditions and report any changes or concerns to supervisory staff.
• Follow all care plans and safety protocols to ensure client safety.
• Maintain accurate records of services provided.

Requirements

• Previous experience in home care or a related field is a plus.
• Ability to communicate effectively and demonstrate empathy.
• Reliable and able to work independently.
• Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation may be required.
• Must pass background check.
