Caregiver

Join University Home Care Inc as a Caregiver in Waterford, MI, where you will provide compassionate and attentive support to individuals in need of assistance with daily living activities. Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Support clients with mobility and transferring
• Prepare and serve meals according to clients’ dietary needs
• Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Monitor clients’ health and report any changes or concerns to healthcare professionals
• Follow care plans and instructions from healthcare providers

Requirements

• Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is a plus
• Compassionate and patient with strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and assisting mobility
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation is a plus
