Caregiver Worker

University Home Care Inc is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver Worker to join our team in Pinckney, MI. In this role, you will provide essential support and care to our clients, helping them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Help with mobility and light housekeeping tasks.
• Monitor and report any changes in clients’ health or behavior to supervisory staff.
• Follow care plans and instructions provided by supervisors or healthcare professionals.

Requirements

• Previous experience in caregiving or a related field preferred but not required.
• Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with clients and team members.
• Reliable transportation to and from the job location in Pinckney, MI.
• Background check clearance as required.
