Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs to ensure the building is safe and functional
• Monitor and report building conditions and safety hazards
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed
• Assist with cleaning and upkeep of common areas
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies

Requirements

• Previous experience in building maintenance is a plus
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Reliable and punctual with good communication skills
