Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

University Home Care Inc is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in Livonia, MI. Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients in a home care setting.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patient health and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and progress.
• Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.
• Ensure adherence to all company policies, procedures, and state nursing regulations.

Requirements

• Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Michigan.
• Previous experience in home care or a related healthcare setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
