Home Care Worker

University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Home Care Workers in Troy, MI. As a Home Care Worker, you will provide essential support and care to clients in their homes, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks to ensure a safe and clean environment.
• Monitor and report changes in clients’ conditions to the appropriate personnel.
• Follow care plans and adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality and respect clients’ privacy at all times.

Requirements

• Previous experience in home care or a related field is a plus.
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable personality.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
• Must pass background checks.
• Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation preferred.
