Home Care Worker

University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Care Workers to provide exceptional in-home care services to our clients in Clawson, MI. As a Home Care Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for individuals who require support with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being in their own homes.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Provide medication reminders and support with prescribed health routines.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Monitor clients' condition and report any changes to supervisors or healthcare professionals.
• Follow all care plans and protocols to ensure the highest quality of service.

Requirements

• Previous experience in home care or a related field is a plus.
• Ability to communicate effectively and exhibit empathy and patience.
• Must be able to pass background checks.
• Reliable transportation to and from client homes in Clawson, MI.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts as needed.
