Personal Care Aide

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Provide mobility assistance and help clients move safely within their homes
• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients
• Monitor and report changes in clients’ health or behavior to nursing staff or supervisors
• Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe living environment
• Follow care plans and instructions provided by healthcare professionals

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in personal care or home health care preferred but not required
• Ability to communicate effectively and show empathy towards clients
• Reliable transportation to and from client locations
• Ability to pass a background check
• Flexibility to work various shifts as needed
