Caregiver

University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide high-quality care to clients in Livonia, MI. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in supporting the daily living activities and enhancing the quality of life for individuals in need of assistance.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Provide medication reminders and help manage medication schedules
• Support clients with mobility and transferring as needed
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as necessary
• Perform light housekeeping duties including laundry, cleaning, and errands
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Monitor and report any changes in client health or behavior to supervisors
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided

Requirements

• Previous caregiving or healthcare experience is a plus
• Ability to pass background checks
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable, trustworthy, and compassionate attitude
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans
• Flexibility to work various shifts as needed
