Home Care Worker

University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Care Workers to join our team in Newport, MI. In this role, you will provide essential care and assistance to clients in their homes, helping them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life. This position offers competitive pay ranging from $14.00 to $19.00 per hour, with payment issued semi-monthly.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Provide medication reminders and monitor clients' health conditions.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable living environment for clients.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' well-being.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
• Document care provided and report any changes in clients' condition.

Requirements

• Previous experience in home care or related healthcare role is a plus.
• Ability to follow care plans and communicate clearly.
• Compassionate, patient, and trustworthy personality.
• Reliable transportation to and from client homes in Newport, MI.
• Flexible schedule availability.
