Home Care Worker

University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Home Care Workers. In this role, you will provide essential in-home care and support to clients, helping them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life. This position is based in Oak Park, MI, and offers competitive compensation with semi-monthly pay.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Help with light housekeeping tasks, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Monitor clients’ health and report any changes or concerns to supervisors.
• Maintain accurate records of care provided and follow care plans.
• Ensure a safe and clean environment for clients.

Requirements

• Compassionate and patient with a genuine desire to help others.
• Prior experience in home care or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Reliable and punctual with strong organizational skills.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
