Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and mobility.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients in their homes or community settings.
• Monitor and report changes in client condition or behavior to supervisors and healthcare professionals.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and healthy environment for clients.
• Follow care plans and instructions provided by healthcare professionals and family members.
• Document care provided and maintain accurate records as required.

Requirements

• Previous experience in direct care or related field is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
• Compassionate, patient, and respectful attitude toward clients.
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
• Ability to pass background checks.
