Home Visits Registered Nurse

University Home Care Inc is seeking a compassionate and skilled Home Visits Registered Nurse to provide exceptional in-home nursing care to patients in Wayne County, MI. Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Provide skilled nursing services such as wound care, medication management, and chronic disease monitoring.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on managing health conditions and promoting wellness.
• Document all patient interactions, treatments, and progress accurately and timely.
• Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations governing home healthcare.

Requirements

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Michigan.
• Minimum of 1 years nursing experience, preferably in home health.
• Kinnser Experinces is a plus
• Strong assessment, clinical, and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to patient homes in Wayne County, MI.
• Current CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
