Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

University Home Care Inc is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in Livonia, MI. In this role, you will provide quality nursing care to our clients in a home care setting, ensuring their health and comfort while supporting their independence.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic nursing care including wound care, medication administration, and monitoring vital signs.
• Assist clients with daily living activities and health maintenance.
• Document patient care by accurately recording observations and treatments.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Communicate effectively with clients and their families to provide education and support.
• Follow established protocols and safety procedures to ensure high quality care.

Requirements

• Valid LPN license in the state of Michigan.
• Previous experience in nursing or home care preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes in Livonia, MI.
