Registered Nurse

University Home Care Inc is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team in Saline, MI. In this role, you will provide exceptional nursing care to our patients in their home environments, ensuring their health and well-being while supporting their independence and comfort.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans
• Administer nursing care to ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled patients
• Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions
• Consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans
• Educate patients and their families on health conditions and care plans
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Ensure compliance with professional standards, policies, and procedures

Requirements

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Proven experience as a Registered Nurse
• Strong knowledge of nursing care methods and practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases
• Reliable transportation to visit patients in their homes
