Home Care Worker

University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Care Workers to join our team in Ann Arbor, MI. As a Home Care Worker, you will provide essential support and care to clients in their homes, helping them maintain independence and improve their quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Help with meal preparation and feeding as needed
• Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe and clean environment
• Assist with medication reminders and monitoring
• Report any changes in client condition to supervisors promptly
• Follow care plans and adhere to all company policies and procedures

Requirements

• Previous experience in home care or related field preferred but not required 
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation 
• Ability to pass background checks
