Home Health Aide

University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Home Health Aides in Romeo, MI. In this role, you will provide essential in-home care and support to clients, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life in a comfortable and safe environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Provide medication reminders and assist with basic health monitoring
• Support clients with meal preparation and light housekeeping tasks
• Document care provided and report any changes in client condition to healthcare professionals
• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients
• Adhere to all safety and infection control procedures

Requirements

• Previous experience in a home health or caregiving role is a plus, but not required
• Ability to pass background checks 
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable with strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
