University Home Care Inc is seeking a dedicated and experienced Homecare Occupational Therapist with Kinnser experience to provide high-quality occupational therapy services in Southfield, MI, and surrounding areas. This role involves delivering personalized care in patients' homes, utilizing your expertise to improve their daily living skills and overall quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive home assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide occupational therapy services in patients' homes, focusing on increasing functional independence.
• Document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner using Kinnser software.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, patients, and families to ensure coordinated care.
• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations for home health care services.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training.

Requirements

• Current occupational therapy license in the state of Michigan.
• Experience with Kinnser (home health software) is required.
• Previous homecare occupational therapy experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage caseload efficiently.
