Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic interventions to promote independence in daily activities.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, patients, and families to ensure optimal care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and therapy sessions.
• Stay updated with best practices and continuing education in occupational therapy.

Requirements

• Current Occupational Therapist license in the state of Michigan.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and travel within Monroe and surrounding areas.
• Compassionate and patient-focused approach.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
