Location: Hybrid – Remote, Office, and Client Home Visits
Schedule: Flexible / Full-Time or Part-Time

Position Summary:

The LLMSW Therapist will provide therapeutic services to clients through a combination of remote telehealth sessions, in-person appointments, and home visits as needed. This position is ideal for a clinician who values flexibility, independence, and a diverse work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct mental health assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide ongoing therapy.

• Offer services in a variety of settings: via telehealth, in the office, and in client homes as appropriate.

• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with state and agency standards.

• Collaborate with supervisors, case managers, and other members of the treatment team to ensure continuity of care.

• Participate in regular supervision and ongoing professional development.

• Adhere to all ethical and confidentiality standards as defined by the NASW Code of Ethics.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• LLMSW (Limited Licensed Master Social Worker) credential in the State of Michigan.

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible caseload.

• Comfortable providing services in client homes and through Telehealth platforms.

• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license (mileage reimbursement provided).
