Home Health Aide

Description of the role:

University Home Care is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aide to join our team in Ypsilanti, MI. As a Home Health Aide, you will work with patients in their homes to provide assistance with daily living activities and personal care.

Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Help patients with mobility and physical therapy exercises
• Provide companionship and emotional support to patients
• Assist with medication reminders and monitoring

Requirements:

• Able to work independently 
• Experience working with elderly or disabled individuals
• Ability to communicate effectively and empathetically
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
