University Home Care in Ann Arbor, MI is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aide to join our team. As a Home Health Aide, you will provide essential personal care services to our clients in the comfort of their homes, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Assist clients with light housekeeping tasks
• Help clients with mobility and physical therapy exercises
• Monitor clients' health and report any changes to the nursing staff

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience as a Home Health Aide
• Previous experience in a similar role preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans
• Reliable transportation, car insurance/registration and license
