Description of the role:

University Home Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in providing excellent care to patients in their homes in Sterling Heights, MI. The ideal candidate will have a passion for compassionate patient care and a strong clinical background.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient assessments and develop personalized care plans
• Administer medication and treatment
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care for patients
• Provide education and support to patients and their families

Requirements:

• Valid RN license in Michigan
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
