Home Care Full Time Registered Nurse

Description of the Role:

University Home Care is currently seeking a Full Time Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Home Care RN, you will be working at a Nurse owned business and be responsible for providing high-quality and compassionate care to patients in their homes. You will work closely with patients and their families to provide the necessary medical support and ensure their overall well-being. Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial assessments and develop appropriate care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor and evaluate patient's progress and make necessary adjustments to the care plan
• Provide education and support to patients and their families
• Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals
• Adhere to all regulatory standards and maintain accurate patient records

Requirements:

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Michigan
• Minimum of 1 years of nursing experience
• Experience in home care or related field is preferred
• Excellent clinical and assessment skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
