Responsibilities:
- Provide high quality customer service and satisfaction at or above company standards.
- Maintain good working relations with factories.
- Must be results-driven, highly energized, customer service oriented leader and must have a passion for taking care of customers.
- Excellent organization skills and effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven record of success in dealership management.
- 2-3 years Automotive experience.
- Strong understanding of vehicle repairs.
- Possess ability to lead a Service team to top-level performance.
- Ensuring the service department operates under safe conditions according to established policies and procedures and in compliance with federal, state, and other mandated regulations.
- Running efficient and profitable department.
- Manage hiring and training of department associates.
- Lead activities to keep customers coming back.
- Providing the energy to motivate staff.
- CSI evaluating and understanding processes - driving the results.
- Setting a clear vision for the Department.
- Building solid relationships with all departments.
- Maintain employee performance standards.
- Operational controls.
- Department profitability.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 1-3 years automotive parts experience.
- DMS experience preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain an acceptable, safe driving record.
- Able to pass a background check and have a clean motor vehicle report.
- Ability to work productively in a team environment.
