Responsibilities:

• Provide high quality customer service and satisfaction at or above company standards.
• Maintain good working relations with factories.
• Must be results-driven, highly energized, customer service oriented leader and must have a passion for taking care of customers.
• Excellent organization skills and effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven record of success in dealership management.
• 2-3 years Automotive experience.
• Strong understanding of vehicle repairs.
• Possess ability to lead a Service team to top-level performance.
• Ensuring the service department operates under safe conditions according to established policies and procedures and in compliance with federal, state, and other mandated regulations.
• Running efficient and profitable department.
• Manage hiring and training of department associates.
• Lead activities to keep customers coming back.
• Providing the energy to motivate staff.
• CSI evaluating and understanding processes - driving the results.
• Setting a clear vision for the Department.
• Building solid relationships with all departments.
• Maintain employee performance standards.
• Operational controls.
• Department profitability.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years automotive parts experience.
• DMS experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain an acceptable, safe driving record.
• Able to pass a background check and have a clean motor vehicle report.
• Ability to work productively in a team environment.
