We have a thorough but FAST hiring process!

The Business Development Representative (BDR) is responsible for generating and qualifying leads and scheduling appointments for our Sales Consultants. They utilize various communication channels, including phone, email, and text, to engage potential customers and facilitate sales.

Starting pay for the BDR is between $17.00 to $18.00 per hour.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Identify, contact, and qualify leads from various sources, such as internet inquiries, marketing campaigns, and existing customer databases.
• Schedule appointments for sales representatives with qualified leads.
• Complete all system paperwork promptly and accurately.
• Help answer main phones some evenings and Saturdays.
• Tracking every contact to sale.

QUALITIES FOR SUCCESS:

• Previous customer service and/or sales experience is preferred. Call Center experience is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to handle heavy telephone contact.
• The ability to work in a process driven work environment with an upbeat, positive attitude.
• Self-motivated, organized, quick learner with no fear of change in the workplace.
• Must possess a valid IL driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
