General Building and Ground Maintance

Description of the role:

This position is responsible for overseeing the overall maintenance of the building and grounds at Twin State Ford in Saint Johnsbury, Vermont.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as fixing leaks, painting, and landscaping
• Ensure the safety and cleanliness of the building and surrounding areas
• Maintain inventory of supplies needed for maintenance tasks

Requirements:

• No prior experience required, but preferred
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
• Strong attention to detail
