Compensation:
The BDC - Sales Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $19.00 and $31.00. The position also may also pay a production bonus based on individual or team performance that may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to internet, phone, and chat inquiries
- Follow up with leads to schedule appointments
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in automotive sales, BDC, or call center preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Organized, self-motivated, and goal-driven
- Comfortable with technology and CRM tools
