• Lead the F&I team and process 50+ deals per month with speed and accuracy
• Ensure compliance and deliver exceptional customer satisfaction
• Build strong lender relationships and drive profitability

• Excellent paperwork and organizational skills
• Strong customer satisfaction record

The Finance Manager Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges.  Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $15.90.00 and $16.900.  The position also may also pay a production bonus based on individual or team performance that may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit.
