What You'll Be Doing

• Create short-form video and social content (field shoots + editing)
• - Manage social media and local online presence
• - Support paid campaigns and track lead performance
• - Coordinate with the team on promotions and offers
• - Report on what's driving calls and booked jobs

What We're Looking For

• Content creation / social media experience
• - Comfort with video editing and basic analytics
• - Home-services or trades marketing a plus
• - Self-starter who can own projects end to end
