Content Creator / Lead Generation Specialist (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical)

💰 Pay

• hourly base (based on experience)
• Performance bonuses:
  • $100+ per high-performing video
  • Bonus per booked job from content
  • Monthly performance incentives based on leads generated

Top performers will make $60K–$90K+

🎯 What You’ll Be Doing

• Ride along with HVAC, plumbing, and electrical techs daily
• Film real jobs (before/after, problems, fixes)
• Create short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
• Write strong hooks that grab attention
• Post content daily across multiple platforms
• Turn content into inbound calls and booked jobs
• Work with office team to track leads from content

📈 What Success Looks Like

• 3–10+ videos posted per day
• Content generating calls and booked jobs weekly
• Consistent growth across social platforms
• Clear tracking of leads and revenue from content

🔥 What We’re Looking For

• Comfortable filming on a phone (fast, not perfect)
• Can edit and post quickly (same-day turnaround)
• Strong writing skills (hooks and captions)
• High energy and not afraid to be around customers and techs
• Competitive mindset (you want to win, not just “post content”)
• Consistent, reliable, and moves fast

⚡ Bonus Skills

• Experience in HVAC, plumbing, or home services
• Understanding of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube
• Basic knowledge of local SEO or Google Business Profile
