What you’ll do
- Answer incoming calls with professionalism and urgency
- Make outbound calls to customers and happy calls
- Schedule service appointments and help keep the board full
- Communicate clearly with customers and team members
- Support dispatch flow and technician scheduling
- Follow up with customers as needed
- Handle customer concerns calmly and professionally
- Enter accurate customer and job information into the system
- Help keep the office organized and moving
What we’re looking for
- Strong phone and communication skills
- Positive attitude and professional presence
- Ability to stay calm and productive in a fast-paced environment
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Reliable and dependable
- Good computer skills
- Customer service experience preferred
- Experience in home services, dispatching, or call center work is a plus
