Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON)

Description of the role: The Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) at Trotwood Health & Rehab, LLC will play a vital role in assisting the Director of Nursing in overseeing the nursing staff and ensuring high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing and supervising nursing staff
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
• Implement and maintain nursing policies and procedures
• Conduct regular assessments of patient care and staff performance
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse (RN) with active license in Ohio
• Previous supervisory or management experience in a healthcare setting
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in nursing care
