Shift Lead

• Both part and full-time positions available depending on availability.
• Set Schedule.
• Position receives both cash and card tips.
• Afternoon/evening shifts only.
• Weekend availability is a must.
• Employee discounts on food and drinks.
• No grease or fryers.

SHIFT LEAD FUNCTIONS

• Delivers unparalleled hospitality to each customer.
• Prepares and assembles food and smoothie ingredients to brand standards.
• Uses sanitation practices to handle and prepare food.
• Sets up and monitors food and smoothie workstations.
• Cleans and organizes kitchen, workstations, dining room, restrooms and other areas in the café.
• Follows the steps to operate the register, including taking customer orders, accurately handling cash and being responsible for the drawer.
• Follows all safety and security policies set by the brand.
• Oversees all crew members and daily check lists.
• POS responsibilities with some banking.
