Shift Lead

If you enjoy a lively, fun environment and can deliver amazing, Tropical Smoothie Café is the place for you! We’re looking for a shift leader who believes when you eat better, you feel better. The ideal candidate will have a fun and outgoing personality with strong leadership skills.

• Both full and part-time positions open.
• Must have weekday evening availability.
• Weekend availability is required.
• $15-18 an hour based on experience.
• All lead positions receive tips as well on top of the hourly pay.

SHIFT LEAD FUNCTIONS

• Delivers unparalleled hospitality to each customer.
• Prepares and assembles food and smoothie ingredients to brand standards.
• Uses sanitation practices to handle and prepare food.
• Sets up and monitors food and smoothie workstations.
• Cleans and organizes kitchen, workstations, dining room, restrooms and other areas in the café.
• Follows the steps to operate the register, including taking customer orders, accurately handling cash and being responsible for the drawer.
• Follows all safety and security policies set by the brand.
• Oversees all crew members and daily check lists.
• POS responsibilities with some banking.
