Role Summary

As an Express Lane Technician, you will perform routine maintenance and inspections while delivering a positive customer experience. This position is a key entry point into our service department and offers advancement opportunities for technicians who demonstrate reliability, efficiency, and quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and basic maintenance services

• Complete multi-point vehicle inspections accurately and efficiently

• Identify and communicate maintenance or repair needs to advisors

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

• Follow manufacturer and dealership procedures

• Work efficiently to meet service time standards

Qualifications & Experience

• Previous automotive or lube technician experience preferred (not required)

• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail

• Valid driver’s license
