Parts Counter Associate

We're Hiring: Parts Counter Associate for Trophy Nissan

We need a reliable, professional parts counterperson to assist our customers with their Nissan parts needs.  You will need to be good at ordering parts and maintaining inventory, but you’ll also need excellent people skills when dealing with customers and staff. The right person can expect great pay, great benefits and a great dealership to work for. We’re on the lookout for a motivated and detail-oriented Parts Counter Associate to join our busy dealership team!

What You'll Do:

• Assist customers and service technicians with parts inquiries and orders
• Maintain and organize inventory, ensuring parts are stocked and properly labeled
• Place special orders and follow up with vendors and customers
• Deliver excellent customer service with every interaction
• Notify parts manager of out-of-stock parts or shop materials that need immediate attention
• Notify all necessary parties when special ordered parts have been received
• Follow department policy and instructions on the special ordering of parts, plus S.O. aging
• Proficient in CDK is a plus!
• Receive payment from retail customers or obtain credit authorization
• Maintain a prompt, efficient and timely flow of paperwork
• Pull and fill orders from stock
• Bi-lingual is always a plus!
• Must be at least eighteen years of age
• Must have a valid Driver’s License
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screen (background and drug test)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $2,500.00 - $7,000.00 per month
