Pay: $20.18-$24.01/hour DOE

TRA Medical Imaging is looking for an Administrative Support Representative to join our Administrative Office in downtown Tacoma. This is an onsite customer service role where you'll be the first point of contact for patients, physicians, clinics, and business partners calling our organization.
You do not need a healthcare background to be successful. If you've worked in customer service, hospitality, retail, banking, reception, administrative support, or a call center and enjoy talking with people while managing a fast-paced workload, we'd love to meet you.
We'll teach you the medical imaging side of the job. You bring your professionalism, positive attitude, and commitment to providing exceptional service.
What You'll Do
As part of our Administrative Support team, you'll:
- Answer and manage a high volume of incoming phone calls throughout the day
- Route calls quickly and accurately using a multi-line phone system
- Assist patients, physicians, referring provider offices, and business partners
- Answer general questions and connect callers with the appropriate department
- Monitor email and respond to requests throughout the day
- Work closely with teammates across multiple departments
- Protect confidential patient information and maintain HIPAA compliance
- Provide friendly, professional service on every interaction
This position works under the guidance of experienced team members who will provide training and support as you learn the role.

Qualifications
Required
- High school diploma or GED
- 1-2 years of customer service, administrative support, receptionist, call center, or phone-based experience
- Comfortable handling a high volume of incoming phone calls throughout the day
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Basic Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to work onsite Monday-Friday in our Downtown Tacoma office
Preferred
- Experience using a multi-line phone system or switchboard
- Medical terminology or healthcare experience (helpful but not required)
Pay & Benefits
New employees can expect to earn $20.18-$24.01 per hour, depending on relevant experience, skills, and qualifications.

Work Location
This is a fully onsite position located at our Administrative Office in Downtown Tacoma, Washington.
We believe the collaborative nature of this role is best supported by working together in person. Candidates should be comfortable commuting to our Tacoma office Monday through Friday.
