Service Cashier

Are you friendly, detail-oriented, and committed to providing excellent customer service? Toyota Carlsbad is looking for a Service Department Cashier to join our team!

In this role, you’ll help customers complete the final step of their service visit by closing repair orders, processing payments accurately, and providing a welcoming, professional checkout experience.

What You’ll Do

• Greet and acknowledge customers promptly, creating a friendly and welcoming environment.

• Close repair orders and accurately collect and process payments for service, parts, rentals, vehicle sales, and other transactions.

• Respond to customer questions and concerns professionally, referring issues to the appropriate team member when needed.

• Follow established cash-handling, payment-processing, and quality control procedures.

• Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

• Maintain a professional appearance and wear the dealership-provided uniform.

• Work weekends and overtime as needed.

• Assist with other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Bring

• Two years of retail experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Cash-handling experience and a strong commitment to accuracy.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to stay organized while assisting customers.

• Proficiency with computers and the ability to learn new software. 

• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
