BDC Sales Rep/Call Center

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers through phone, email, and text to generate sales appointments
• Respond promptly to internet and phone inquiries
• Build rapport with customers and provide exceptional customer service
• Accurately document and track customer interactions
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience

Qualifications:

• Sales or Business Development experience in the automotive industry or similar field preferred
• Strong computer skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers digitally
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Ability to quickly build rapport over the phone
• Fast learner with the ability to adapt to new products and processes
• Professional demeanor with customers and team members
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
