Toyota Carlsbad Collision Center has an immediate opening for a Receptionist to join our team. We're looking for a friendly, organized, and professional individual to be the first point of contact for our valued customers. Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers with professionalism and courtesy
  • Provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone
  • Manage a multi-line phone system and direct calls appropriately
  • Collect payments for repair orders and other transactions
  • Assist with general office duties and maintain a clean, safe environment
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 1–2 years of experience operating a multi-line phone in a busy setting, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Prior experience in a Collision Center is preferred
  • Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new systems
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
