Automotive Finance Producer

We are a community-rooted dealership group that takes pride in doing right by our customers and our team. We are looking for an F&I Producer who shares those values—someone who builds trust, not just transactions, and wants to grow with a team that genuinely cares.

What You'll Do

• Guide customers through financing with clarity, honesty, and care.
• Structure deals and work with lenders to find the best fit for each buyer.
• Present F&I products, warranties, GAP, and insurance in a consultative, no-pressure way.
• Partner with the sales team to deliver a smooth, memorable delivery experience.

 What You Bring

• 1+ years of experience in automotive F&I or related financial services.
• A people-first approach focused on long-term relationships.
• Strong knowledge of credit, compliance, and deal structuring.
• Valid California DMV Salesperson License (or willingness to obtain one).
• Experience with CDK software (preferred, but we will train the right person).
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills (a strong plus!).
• Availability to work a 5-day schedule including rotating evenings and weekends.
