Social Media Assistant

Toyota of North Miami is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Social Media Assistant to join our dynamic marketing team in Miami, FL. In this role, you will support the development and execution of our social media strategy to enhance brand awareness, engage with our community, and drive customer interaction across various platforms.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating, scheduling, and publishing content on social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Monitor social media channels for customer comments, questions, and reviews, responding promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative campaigns that align with Toyota of North Miami’s brand voice and goals.
• Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics to help optimize content and engagement strategies.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to suggest new ideas and improvements.
• Support the coordination of promotions, contests, and events on social media.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with social media management tools is a plus.
