Shuttle Driver Needed – Automotive Dealership Service Department
We are seeking a friendly and dependable Automotive Shuttle Driver to join our dealership's service team. In this role, you will provide a premium customer experience by transporting service clients to and from their homes or workplaces while their vehicles are being repaired. You will be the face of our dealership on the road, ensuring our guests enjoy a seamless, stress-free visit.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Shuttle: Provide safe, polite, and efficient transportation for service customers within a designated local radius.
- Dealership Support: Assist the service drive by moving customer vehicles, greeting arriving guests, and helping maintain an organized service lot during downtime.
- Vehicle Care: Keep the dealership shuttle vehicle clean, fueled, and well-maintained; perform basic daily safety checks.
- Communication: Coordinate with service advisors and dispatchers to plan efficient routes and give customers accurate pickup or drop-off times.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Driver's License: A valid driver's license with an excellent driving record (no major violations).
- License Type: No CDL required—standard driver's license is sufficient for our customer shuttle vans/SUVs.
- Customer Service: Outstanding interpersonal skills with a professional, welcoming demeanor.
- Local Knowledge: Strong familiarity with local roads, traffic patterns, and navigation apps.
- Background Check: Ability to pass a routine background check, driving record review, and drug screening.
- Age Requirement: Must be above the age of 25
