Job Summary: 

Toyota of Melbourne is seeking a skilled Flat Rate Window Tint Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for tinting windows on various types of Toyota vehicles. The Window Tint Technician will work closely with our Service Management Team, Sales Team, and Internal Sales Advisor to ensure their needs are met and that the final product meets customer expectations and our high standards of quality.

Responsibilities:

• Tint windows on various types of Toyota vehicles
• Ensure that all work is completed in a timely manner and to our high standards of quality
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Keep up to date with the latest window tinting techniques and products
• Interact in a timely and professional manner with Management and Internal Advisors

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a flat rate Window Tint Technician
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical ability to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods of time
• Must be able to work weekends
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
