We are looking for someone to join our team who can assist our Payroll/HR Administrator. Key responsibilities would include:
- On boarding for new hires and new hire paperwork
- Using E Verify to verify employment eligibility
- Helping create company log-ins
- Assisting in filing and keeping organized records of the employees.
- Cleaning and posting to benefit and 401K schedules.
They will also need to assist the accounting office in warranty cancellations. This would include:
- Processing warranty cancellations and down payment cancellations though our warranty company portal
- Helping clean the warranty schedule and add notes on outstanding cancellations
- Email follow ups with the warranty company on monies owed
Key Requirements:
- A passionate person who is looking to join an office with a team atmosphere
- Must be trust worthy with employee confidential information
- Experience with excel a must
- Automotive industry is a plus
- HR knowledge is a plus
