Toyota of Bourbonnais is looking for motivated, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Automotive Sales Representatives to join our growing sales team!

Compensation

$15.00 per hour guaranteed minimum draw against commissions, with additional earning potential based on sales performance.

This is a commission-based position. Sales representatives receive a minimum wage draw against earned commissions, with total compensation determined by individual sales performance and the dealership's established commission pay plan.

Actual earnings vary based on sales volume and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide a welcoming, professional dealership experience.

• Assist customers in selecting vehicles that meet their needs, preferences, and budgets.

• Demonstrate vehicle features, technology, and benefits.

• Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat and referral business.

• Follow up with prospective customers through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.

• Work closely with sales management and finance teams to ensure a smooth purchasing experience.

• Maintain accurate customer information and follow dealership sales processes.

• Meet or exceed individual sales goals while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive sales experience is a plus, but not required.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated, dependable, and goal-oriented.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.

• Comfortable using computers and learning dealership technology.

• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
