Job Summary

The Parts Advisor is responsible for looking up and selling parts to all customers, over the counter, through the shop and on the phone.

Primary Responsibilities

• Assisting our customers (internal/external) in selecting needed parts and accessories in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner. 
• Answering incoming phone calls in a pleasant, professional and timely manner where they will provide price quotes and any other information as requested by the customer. 
• Pulling/filling orders from stock as well as helping with shipping, receiving and delivering parts as needed.
• Provide a high level of service to all our customers.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent and prior auto parts sales experience (preferred).
• Must have ability to professionally and effectively communicate with customers and co-workers.
• Must have strong interpersonal and time management skills.
• Must have the ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
• Must be proficient with computers.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
